It was 40 foot visibility at Pipes, I saw a dead lobster on the ocean bottom. No waves, but I managed to catch a few anyways. I almost broke myself in shallow water.
I paddled way out to the kelp beds then back. There were so many bait fish surrounding me, coming up from the depths and swimming after my lure, amazing clarity. I looked into their eyes from above.
They carry no baggage; what you see is what you get. Most fish dont drive a car, don't own a home. They don't fight over money, but they still do fight over power, a defined pecking order. The bravest fish usually get consumed. Good for them.
Better to lose ones life chasing after God, than to protect one's life and lose their soul.
